Job Description
We are seeking a Dining Manager to join our team! This dynamic role is responsible for managing the food service operation at a healthcare facility while ensuring to uphold our core values.
Job Profile:
- Oversee day to day dining operations
- Develop, train and supervise staff
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with residents
- Assist the director with meeting operational and financial goals
- Maintain the highest standards of service and quality
- Ensure all sanitation and safety guidelines are followed
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in a related field
- Certification for Dietary Management (CDM) preferred
- Three or more years of food services management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Healthcare and culinary experience
- A current ServSafe certification
- A positive and proactive demeanor with excellent communication skills
