Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Analyst located in Sherwood/Pulaski, WI. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for daily financial planning, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and generating financial reports. The role involves working closely with the finance team to assess financial performance and make recommendations for improvements. Key tasks include monitoring budgets, forecasting financial trends, and conducting detailed financial analyses.
Qualifications
· Set up customers and maintain integrity of customer files in the accounting system in accordance with established procedures and compliance guidelines.
· Set up vendors and maintain integrity of vendor files in the accounting system in accordance with established procedures and compliance guidelines.
· Manage monthly & annual governmental reporting and licensing as needed
· Manage past due and collections process
· Responsible for managing the ERP system.
· Assist with month end financial closing process.
· Prepare, analyze and present performance metrics for the department and other analytical reports.
· Actively participate in process improvement projects and documentation of new processes.
· Cross train with other office staff to assist during employee absences.

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
