We specialize in fresh, custom, in-home meal prep for busy professionals, families, and individuals with dietary needs. As a personal chef on our team, you’ll prep in your client’s kitchen, create menus based on their preferences, and enjoy the freedom of building your own schedule — all while doing meaningful work that’s valued and well-compensated.

What You’ll Do:
- Design personalized weekly menus based on client preferences and dietary goals
- Prep and cook from-scratch meals in the client’s home
- Adapt recipes for special diets (gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, low-sodium, etc.)
- Package meals and leave the kitchen clean and organized
- Communicate with clients and track menus, preferences, and grocery lists
- Use Google Drive and email for administrative updates
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- Maricopa County Food Handler Card or ServSafe certification
- Personal chef liability insurance (or willing to acquire upon hire)
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
Preferred:
- Experience as a personal chef, private chef, or in catering
- Familiarity with dietary-specific cooking (paleo, keto, vegetarian, etc.)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Culinary school graduate
Position Details:
- Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Part-time or full-time flexibility
- Peak Demand: Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays (between 9 AM–6 PM)
- Service Area: Greater Phoenix (Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Peoria, Queen Creek, Wickenburg)
Compensation:
- Paid per cook day (not hourly) — averages $23–$35/hour depending on experience and efficiency
- Bonus opportunities available
- Clients provide groceries — you provide the magic.
