Health and Nutrition Retail Cashier

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer transactions swiftly and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
• Assist with knowledge of products to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain inventory, ensuring all orders are priced and stocked and readily available.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision while adhering to company policies.
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate change is given.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including supervising junior staff when necessary.
• Follow phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cashier or in retail sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
• Kind and open spirit :)
• Basic knowledge of health and nutrition is a big plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
