Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Education:

- Provide clear, non-intimidating guidance on natural products and supplement recommendations.

Sales & Basket Building:
- Apply your expertise to build customized product “baskets” that support overall health.
- Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to boost transaction size and count.
- Ensure each customer leaves feeling informed and valued.
Store & Team Excellence:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising.
