Job Overview

The Project Manager at NuuCo Electric plays a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of electrical infrastructure projects. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, including planning, financial oversight, scheduling, compliance, and team coordination. The Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with company and client expectations. This role also involves fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and driving operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Identify and actively contribute to securing profitable work for NuuCo.
• Take ownership of projects and associated responsibilities to ensure successful completion.
• Actively participate in company initiatives.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and administer activities of assigned projects to meet objectives within designated timeframes and budgets.
• Review product designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and specifications.
• Study specifications to plan construction procedures, considering start/completion times and staffing requirements.
• Prepare and approve job forecasts.
• Review project specifications and ensure compliance.
• Evaluate proposals and contracts for adherence to client requirements and company policies.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee job profitability, project start-up, budget tracking, and schedule management.
• Review project status reports and adjust schedules or plans as necessary.
• Prepare accurate project reports for management and clients.
• Lead project planning, completion, development, and weekly job site meetings.
• Manage correspondence with the project team and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, inclusion, and workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in the electrical industry.
• 6-10 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $140,000. with the average starting salary in the 40th percentile range; commensurate with experience and training. This ensures we get you properly seated within our organization so that all parties feel good about our future together.
