Role Summary
Nuuly is seeking a Senior Associate, Brand Marketing to play a key role in shaping and executing brand initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and customer growth. This role will support integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand storytelling across owned, earned, and paid channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for fashion, sustainability, and culture, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Role Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Support the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and customer engagement
- Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal brand moments, and experiential initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams, including Influencer, Creative, Growth, PR, and Merchandising, to ensure messaging is consistent and compelling
- Contribute to the development of compelling narratives that highlight Nuuly's unique value proposition
- Partner with the Marketing Analytics team in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies
