Role Summary
Nuuly is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) that will be responsible for organizing the engineering activities of our Data Science and Machine Learning teams. Your primary duties will include running scrum ceremonies (standups, refinements, retrospectives), eliciting requirements, and writing user stories. You will work closely with the Product Manager to translate business requirements from various projects into actionable stories for our Machine Learning and Data Science teams. Projects will span needs across our customer experience and fulfillment operations.
Role Responsibilities
- Facilitate and run scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog refinement sessions, and retrospectives.
- Elicit and document detailed functional requirements.
- Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical implementation.
- Coordinate with Data Science and Machine Learning teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
- Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
