In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Schedules calls to existing clients and prospects in a proactive manner.
- Schedules appointments based on travel routes and focus lists, while keeping all shared notes and calendar invites organized and accessible.
- Reviews and submits expense reports to Finance, where accuracy and timeliness are key.
- Processes check requests for meeting reimbursement and charitable contributions.
- Orders literature for upcoming meetings or as a follow-up to Financial Advisor meetings.
- Updates meeting notes capture and updates in the customer relationship management system.
- Coordinates and facilitates conference calls, compliance reviews and updates weekly marketing packets.
- Aggregates team success stories, campaign feedback, seminars and COI event for reporting to leadership.
- Puts CUSIPs/par amounts or MF tickers into Excel for muni/matrix reviews.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- No Experience Required; 2 Years Preferred
- SRC Indicator: NRF
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
