What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Coordinator position at Nuvia Dental Implant Center?
Pay : $20-$23 / hour DOE
Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant center, is looking for an outgoing office administrator (which we call our Care Coordinator) to join our team in our Arlington Heights, IL location. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority.
At Nuvia, our Care Coordinators are reliable, problem solvers with excellent communication skills. They have the ability to leave a lasting impression with our patients and help them to feel at ease.
Hours are full time, Monday-Friday 40hrs a week.

The biggest challenge of this position is juggling multiple patients and projects at once. The ability to keep calm and stay organized is crucial for this position.
This is a support position, success in this position would be defined by a great experience for every patient. Each member of the team should feel supported by the Care Coordinator and you know you are winning when the administrative functions of the Center run like a well oiled machine.
