General Manager Role Overview
This General Manager position serves as a vital point of contact between our centralized operations and their respective Centers. The role requires strong leadership qualities, high social intelligence, and excellent communication skills to navigate complex situations with patients, team members, and associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administers and enforces company policies and procedures.
- Serves as a liaison between centralized operations and their Center.
- Facilitates training for center staff on new best practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess 3-5 years of management experience in the dental or medical field. Experience with OpenDental management Software is preferred, along with 2 years of experience as a training facilitator.
Compensation
The starting salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, with eligibility for our comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, parental leave, employer contributions to 401K, PTO, holiday pay, and more.
