We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Regulatory Attorney to join our team at Nuvia. As a key member of our legal and compliance department, you will provide strategic legal advice and support to ensure compliance, risk management, and effective legal solutions within the dynamic landscape of dental support operations and dental implant centers.
Responsibilities
- Contracts and Negotiations:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including vendor contracts, leases, employment agreements, and partnership arrangements.
- Ensure contractual agreements align with legal requirements and protect the organization's interests.
- Collaborate with outside counsel on a variety of matters
- Assist company with financing agreements
- Training and Education:
- Provide training and educational sessions to internal stakeholders, ensuring awareness and understanding of legal implications in their roles and operations.
- Policy Development and Implementation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, update, and implement policies and procedures in accordance with legal and risk mitigation best practices.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active Utah Bar membership in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience practicing law.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and review.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
