Responsibilities
- Fill assigned positions with qualified candidates within the expected timeline and budget
- Ability to create recruiting strategies that meet demand of the Nuvia Dental Centers requirements as needed
- Responsible for upselling the non monetary values of the company to increase buy in from candidates
- Ensuring that all internal Talent Acquisition Trackers are updated twice per week
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates to deploy when necessary, utilizing UKG
- Perform full recruitment cycle, ensuring a successful handoff to the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
- Implement, manage and maintain Applicant Tracking System to build a pipeline of candidates for future positions and Centers.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with leadership so they are aware of issues, problems, or challenges.
- Participate as a collaborative member of the Talent Acquisition team to hire great people and maintain a fantastic culture for our teams.
- Preparing 1 on 1 documents for meeting with managers
- Manage time properly while recruiting in different time zones, while engaging with candidates
- Understand and live by our company values.
- 2 plus years for Full Cycle recruitment experience nationwide recruiting
- Experience using UKG is preferred
- Experience tracking KPIs and strategizing recruitment efforts
- Experience with Google Suite is mandatory
- Experience in time block scheduling preferred
- Be available during regular working hours (Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm) and after hours when necessary for key candidates, averaging 40 hours a week.
