Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for leadership? Then this opportunity is for you! Our growing teams are hiring for an experienced General Manager. This General Manager will serve as a point of contact between centralized operations and their Center. This onsite position is located in St. Louis, Missouri!

This General Manager role comes with a starting range of salary of $60k to $65k and this opportunity would include eligibility for our full range of benefits that include health, dental, vision, parental leave, employer contributions to 401K, PTO, holiday pay, and more!
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring company's best practices are in place
- Administers and enforces company policies and procedures
- Working closely with the associate doctors to communicate company objectives
- Serve as a point of contact between centralized operations and their Center
- Ensure compliance in the Center based on OSHA and HIPPA guidelines
- Lead inspire and train team
- Facilitate training for center staff on new best practices
- Drive a productive schedule for their Center
