Housekeeper/Laundry

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and service in the hospitality industry.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain pristine flooring conditions.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed to support team efficiency.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in all cleaning practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.66 - $14.08 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
