Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work on two exciting campaigns and collaborate with management to determine which campaign aligns best with your skills and interests. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional to make an impact while developing their career.
Key Responsibilities
• Learn the ins and outs of both campaigns to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Resolve customer account issues, service conflicts, and other customer service concerns with professionalism

• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
• Track and report client interactions, customer questions, and completed documentation for ongoing improvement.
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers through open and direct communication.
• Collect and securely manage customer information, including contact details, payment preferences, and other relevant data.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
