Key responsibilities:
● Learn all client product knowledge, and be able to answer any Consumer questions overturn objections, and close a sale if needed
● Build a long lasting relationships with customers through open and direct communication
● Work to resolve any outstanding issues related to customers accounts customer service conflicts, and customer service issues.
● Contribute ideas on how to better process and increase customer retainment, sales management
Handle all consumer interactions
● Excellent communication skills with an uncanny ability to build genuine relationships with all types of people
● Demonstrate analytical reasoning, skills through problem-solving
Requirements of a entry-level customer support representative:
● Experience working as a customer service representative or sales associate
● Ability to learn from others and work in a team based environment
● Enthusiastic and welcoming demeanor that will make new customer feel comfortable
● Reliable and always willing to go above and beyond
● Confidant, working through the challenges and find solutions to problems

Weekends as needed
