What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers—whether on the phone or in person—providing them with information and ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.
- Handle customer inquiries, assist with scheduling, and manage orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve issues and find solutions to any challenges that may arise during customer interactions, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
- Keep customers informed, help them understand our services, and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent service at every touchpoint.
- Work within a collaborative, customer-centric team to meet company goals and uphold our reputation for high-quality service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Communication Skills: You’re confident on the phone and have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions with a positive attitude.
- Multitasking Ability: You can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry, are essential.
- Bilingual: A plus, but not required!
