The Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven and resourceful Accounts Payable Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and keep our financial operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll manage vendor accounts, process invoices, and support our day-to-day accounting activities—all while working in a team that values collaboration, efficiency, and a good sense of humor.
What You’ll Do
- Review and verify invoice details, ensuring accurate documentation and approvals
- Enter and process invoices and payments through our accounting systems
- Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and approvals
- Resolve discrepancies and communicate with vendors regarding payments and inquiries
- Provide audit support and documentation as needed
- Assist with reconciliations, chargebacks, and general AP/AR follow-up
What You Bring
- 3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with the full Office Suite
- Sharp organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines independently
Preferred Education:
- Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
