Position Summary
The Job of a Budtender is to make sure that the sales floor is presentable and that all products are displayed in a manner that provides an easy enjoyable experience for the customer or patient. The Budtender is responsible for assisting customers and patients in finding a product suitable for their needs and desires.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility should always be attending to customers.
- Between customers, duties include but are not limited to:
- Labelling product
- Inventory audits
- Stocking products/supplies
- Cleaning displays and making sure all products are forward-facing.
- Shaking out jars
- Manicuring Flower
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
- Jarring flower
- Processing Prerolls
- General store cleaning
Qualifications
- Must possess a current Colorado MED Badge
- Prefer Minimum 1-year retail experience.
- Prefer Minimum 1-year budtending experience, not necessary.
Working Conditions
Primarily in a retail environment. Must be able to stand, lift 20 lbs, see and read, work with numbers, and make sales with POS System ( FlowHub). Weekend and evening work is expected.
Pay is $14.81 - $16 per hour depending on location.
