MISSION: The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of design and development efforts that meet NuWaves’ customer requirements, are completed on schedule, and within budget. The project manager is also responsible for developing a good working relationship with clients and search for new opportunities with these clients.

YEAR 1 ACCOUNTABILITIES AND METRICS

Lead a proposal effort
- Metric: Successfully complete a proposal.
Learn NuWaves’ processes and capabilities
- Metric: Successfully complete a green team review for a new opportunity
Client satisfaction
- Metric: Receive positive customer feedback
Positive business results
- > 85% of assigned projects are on-time and on budget

Salary Range: $75K - $90K

U.S. Citizenship is a requirement.
