ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
We are looking for a dedicated, well-spoken onboarding specialist to join our HR department. The responsibilities of the onboarding specialist include oversight of new hire onboarding process, organizing training program with internal employees, scheduling start dates for new hires, gathering necessary new hire paperwork and entry of all new hire information into HRIS system. Ultimately, a top-notch onboarding specialist should be a great communicator with a flair for interacting with new people.
