FLU VACCINE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL HIRES, NO EXCEPTIONS
Travelers will be expected to do a fit test when they start, this requires a clean-shaven face for proper PPE fit test.
Covid vaccine is no longer required – please be ready to provide religious or medical exemption
Must be willing to work 3x12s (unless otherwise specified)
Please include RTO and shift preference in submission
Must be flexible on requirements - items are subject to change based on facility and specialty.
CANNOT have traveled with Baptist under another agency within the year. Anyone living within less than a 50 mile radius, this includes the following counties : Miami-Dade, Monroe, Palm Beach and Broward or has worked at Baptist with another agency within the year will immediately be declined. No previous staff of Baptist will be permitted to return as a traveler!
