Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced travel nurse to join our team in Evansville, Indiana. As a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical/telemetry unit
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Indiana
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a med surg/tele unit
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Salary : $1,803 - $2,122
