We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Catering Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving catering sales, building strong client relationships, and coordinating event details to ensure seamless execution. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent sales, communication, and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and secure new catering clients through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and presenting customized catering solutions.
- Event Coordination: Work closely with clients and the operations team to ensure all details are executed flawlessly.
- Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, attend bridal shows, corporate networking events, and community gatherings to generate leads.
- Contracts & Negotiations: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage billing and invoicing for catering events.
- Collaboration: Work with the culinary team to create menu proposals that align with client preferences and event themes.
- Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics, generating reports on performance and growth opportunities.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing solutions, and maintaining a professional relationship with all clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in catering sales, hospitality sales, or event planning (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of catering operations, menu planning, and event logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and events simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Apple iMac systems, including Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and client meetings.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
