They proactively lead and direct their unit in executing all short- and long-term initiatives, which include : business development, client satisfaction, financial management, operations management, and employee advancement. Incumbents are instrumental in the planning, prioritizing, and implementing of key initiatives. This role requires a high degree of creativity, foresight and mature judgment in devising strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide and to identify and implement process improvements.Incumbents provide inspirational leadership by attracting, retaining, motivating, and developing high- caliber talent. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per California Senate Bill 1162. Base pay information is based on market location.
