Inspections and/or site observations of South Florida restoration work on low-rise and high-rise structures and associated documentation and daily field report writing as may be requested.

Responsibilities

As requested by Supervisor:

• review applicable plans and specifications
• inspect and/or observe conditions including restoration work
• document conditions including daily field reports
• coordinate with Supervisor and/or designated NV5 Engineer
• Restoration work may include:
  • cast in place concrete
  • post tension reinforcing
  • concrete masonry unit construction
  • waterproofing and other building component

Qualifications

Education/Qualifications:

• 5 years minimum in construction restoration related profession
• Engineering Degree or Architecture Degree is a plus but is not required for this position
• Swing stage experience and/or aerial lift experience is required.

Certifications/Licenses:

• OSHA Certification. Building inspector license is a plus but is not required for this position.
