Responsibilities
Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks.
- provide clients with strategies to optimize project timelines.
Cost Estimating:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Update project estimates with development of contract documents at specified design milestones.
- Monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a related industry.
- Exceptional time management and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Cost Estimating, Scheduling, Financial management and budgeting expertise preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Knowledge of the construction, engineering, or related industry is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
