Description & Requirements
Premier South Shore Massachusetts Equine Veterinary Practice is seeking dedicated full-time or part-time Client Service Representatives to support our diverse clients and skilled veterinarians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communications via phone, email, and text.
- Schedule appointments with precision and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Use Practice Management software to document all interactions.
- Handle accounts receivable:
- Send invoices and statements.
- Discuss balances with clients.
- Collect and process payments.
- Process payments, email invoices, and provide receipts.
- Prepare client estimates as instructed by veterinarians.
- Organize and scan documentation into client records.
- Prepare and send postal correspondence.
- Maintain office organization, including stocking brochures and ensuring cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager or Veterinarians.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Mature professional with several years of client-facing experience in a service or retail setting.
- Skilled in accounts receivable, including client outreach via phone, text, and email.
- Reliable and adaptable, with the ability to excel in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with equine terminology and hands-on horse experience is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficient in computer systems, tablets, and cloud-based software.
- Able to work 1-2 Saturdays per month (7:45 AM – 1:00 PM).
