Animal Health Center, located in the heart of Madison, MS, is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team. We are a full-service small animal veterinary hospital committed to delivering compassionate, diagnostic-driven care to our patients while supporting our clients with the knowledge they need to ensure the health and happiness of their pets.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous veterinary or medical office experience preferred.

- A genuine love for animals and a desire to assist clients in providing optimal care for their pets.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting clients and pets with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Managing appointments and coordinating the patient schedule to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Educating clients on basic pet care and hospital services.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure excellent service.
- Maintaining a professional and polished demeanor at all times.
