Position Details
- Qualifications:
- We are seeking candidates who are either internship-trained or have 2-3 years of ER experience.
- Compensation:
- Base salary range of $160,000 to $200,000, plus production model & shift incentives for 13 shifts per month.
- Shifts:
- Standard: 13-hour shifts, 13 shifts per month.
- Alternative: 10 shifts per month at a modified compensation model for full-time flexibility.
