About Our Training Program
The Ethos ER Immerse Training Program is a 4-6 month training program designed to prepare veterinarians for a sustainable and satisfying career in emergency medicine. This immersive program combines clinical knowledge and skills with a focus on client and team member communication, professional skills, and life/work integration. Upon completion, participants will have gained the expertise and confidence needed to excel as an emergency clinician.
