Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience (more is welcome!)
- Proficient in or excited about surgical procedures
- Flexible and open to working one weekend per month (with incentives)

Work Schedule
- Hospital operates 7 days a week, 8 AM - 6 PM
- Flexible scheduling with at least one other doctor always present
- One weekend per month with financial incentives or extra time off (Friday/Monday)
