Reports To: Senior Operations Manager

Summary: NVB Playgrounds is on the hunt for a Warehouse Manager to join our team and oversee the magic that happens behind the scenes. As the Warehouse Manager, youll be the mastermind ensuring that all our goods are received, stored, and distributed faster than you can say inventory optimization. Youll also be the buildings maintenance guru, making sure everything runs smoothly with zero interruptions (because who has time for hiccups in a warehouse?).

What Youll Be Doing:

• Be the Warehouse Mastermind: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the entire warehouse, from receiving, sorting, and storing goods like a pro. Think of it like playing Tetris with pallets. But, you know, with real-world stuff.
• Create a System So Efficient Itll Make Robots Jealous: Develop and implement processes that ensure inventory is perfectly managed. If our stock levels are ever off, youll be the first to spot it and fix it faster than you can say "inventory audit."
• Lead Your Team of Warehouse Wizards: Train, motivate, and supervise a team of warehouse staff who look to you for guidance and safety advice.
• Collaborate Like a Team Captain: Work with logistics, procurement, and other departments to keep the communication flowing smoother than our warehouse floor (which, by the way, is always spotless thanks to your leadership).
• Turn Data into Magic: Analyze warehouse performance and create reports that show us how we can improve. Its like being a detective, except the case is always about how to make our warehouse operations even better.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Youve managed a warehouse before and you know your way around inventory management systems (were talking to you, software whiz).

• You know all the ins and outs of health and safety regulations and how to create a workspace thats as safe as a bubble wrap factory.
• A Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus (but if youve got equivalent experience, were all about it).
