NVE's team of creatives, strategists and producers develop insight-driven ideas rooted in culture to convert consumer attention into commitment, action, and brand loyalty.Summary of Position : As a Senior Art Director at NVE, you'll bring expertise in generating big, buzzworthy ideas and crafting visual narratives that captivate audiences and elevate brand experiences. In this role, you'll lead art direction across a variety of projects and pitches, and mentor junior art directors to deliver innovative and impactful creative work.Job Responsibilities : Develop and execute big, bold, breakthrough ideas for brand experiences and campaignsHelp lead brainstorming sessions and contribute original and innovative ideasPartner with the design team to shape the visual expression of ideas, while leading art direction to bring those concepts to lifeCollaborate with copywriters and creative strategists to bring the ideas to lifePresent concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarityHelp oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring the highest quality output for every deliverableCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, accounts, production, content and PR, to deliver cohesive campaignsSupport creative leadership in managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high creative standardsReview work from less experienced team members and provide clear and actionable feedbackChampion a culture of creativity, innovation, and inclusivity within the design teamKey Skills / Requirements : You have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative concepts and visual styles – ideally some work that has won awardsYou embody NVE's behaviors – be courageous, be committed, be curious, be catalysts, and be good citizensYou have exceptional concepting, design and presentation skills and enviable experience putting them to work for big brandsYou are confident, passionate and have a POV, but not an ego – you know that this work takes teamworkLocation : We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York City.
