In This Position, You Will Get To
Perform a variety of duties including industrial plumbing, light construction, general carpentry, and other various facility maintenance tasks.
Some Job Responsibilities Include
- Light Carpentry
- Concrete Repair
- Painting (interior/exterior)
- Plumbing
- Supporting remodel projects
- Inert gas system maintenance
- Support maintenance team as needed with breakdowns and/or projects
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and personal or professional experience in one or more of the following:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- HVAC - Light commercial
- compressed air systems - Light commercial
- Inert gas system maintenance
- Ability to obtain a special boilers license and 608 reclaim certification within 9 months required
- Computer skills to navigate websites, email, and other office programs
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as design drawings, blueprints, safety guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.
- A High School diploma, Trade School or Military training preferred
