Job Title: Training Strategy Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to drive our training strategy and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and drive training initiatives that align with business strategies
- Track and manage all training needs, including identifying training needs through internal stakeholder partnership
- Maintain data and report out on critical training metrics for identified locations
- Maintain proper training documentation for all employees
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all training activities
- Assess additional training needs and providers to meet the strategic needs of the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- ~2 years of experience within training or human resources required
- ~ Exposure to training experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
- ~ Ability to develop and implement training programs and presentations
