About the Role:
The Director of Operations Excellence & Projects leads global teams focused on driving expertise in supply chain execution, including lean, safety, quality, automation, data, project management, and trade compliance.
This role serves as an executive leader supporting sites across the US and is a key player in strategic growth projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular assessments of our global manufacturing portfolio to ensure strategic alignment with business goals and sustainability objectives.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Manage and conduct due-diligence on confidential projects, ensuring all sensitive information is handled with discretion and integrity.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of high-impact projects within the supply chain.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience leading international supply chain teams.
- Bilingual strongly preferred.
