WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Technical Proficiency and Support: Navigate our internal learning management and talent/performance systems related technologies and provide support to users and the in-house tech team.

  • Communication Skills: Act as the liaison between stakeholders (learners, instructors, users HRBP's) and the technical aspects of the learning management and talent systems ensuring clear and effective communication.

  • Problem-Solving: Solve technical issues, ensuring no problem is too complex to solve.

  • Detail-Oriented: Ensure precision in every aspect of the learning management and talent systems, from buttons and links to content placement.

  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate learning management and talent systems records, analyze data to gauge effectiveness, track completion and handle reports.

  • System Maintenance: Upgrade the system to improve functionality, upload new content, and ensure the platform provides the best return on investment and high-quality content.

  • Implementation Support: Supports the development and delivery of performance management, talent processes, and learning content in the system.

  • Insider LMS Knowledge: Be the in-house expert on the learning management and talent systems, knowing every feature and function, and developing resources to help others master the platform.

YOU HAVE:

  • Learning Management System or HRM software experience preferred

  • Deep technical and interpersonal skills, including computer skills and business communication.

  • The ability to maintain confidential performance and talent records with data integrity.

  • Advanced organizational and time management skills.

  • A dedicated approach and understanding of the organization's policy and goals regarding learning and talent.

  • A willingness to work on tasks repeatedly to achieve impeccable solutions.

Pay Transparency

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range:

$54,300.00 - $100,800.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
