What Will You Be Doing
Communications Supervisor will oversee the direction and execution of NVNA and Hospice’s communication strategy, externally and internally. Our ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in structuring thoughtful brand identity. This is a part time position, 24 hours per week.

What Will You Be Doing
Communications Supervisor will oversee the direction and execution of NVNA and Hospice’s communication strategy, externally and internally. Our ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in structuring thoughtful brand identity. This is a part time position, 24 hours per week.
- Oversee comprehensive plan to reintroduce and establish brand identity
- Execute a 12-month branding plan in coordination with Public Relations/Media Buyer teams and SVP of Advancement
- Lead established Communications team and delegate responsibilities and deadlines
- Direct audit of internal communications structure and institute systems and protocols
- In coordination with SVP of Advancement, oversee all messaging, including social media, website, print materials, and CEO communications
- Meet monthly with Media Buyer and PR team, directing quarterly objectives
- Develop tracking system to measure engagement levels and test effectiveness
- Structure all external marketing communications in alignment with brand identity and clinical priorities
- Provide strategic analysis of communication budget to ensure maximum effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10 years relevant experience
- Preferred experience in Communications or Marketing
- Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills
- Strong in problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Preferred experience in Wix webhost site
