The NVR Mortgage Summer Internship program will provide you with hands on experience in all aspects of the mortgage process, providing you a chance to gain some hands-on experience in the daily operations of NVR Mortgage. You'll receive practical experience in closing, post-closing, compliance, loan product overview and disclosure analysis and completion while learning about the regulatory process that governs the mortgage industry. You will gain valuable experience, embrace key responsibilities, and be compensated for it; And it's interesting to note that many of our past summer interns are now full-time employees.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work alongside mortgage professionals as they audit loans, work with investors and prepare documents needed for closings
- Learn how to work as a team to ensure customers meet their settlement date in a highly competitive marketplace
- Gain experience in the overall mortgage process and workflow
- Learn about the homebuilding industry that NVR Mortgage supports
- Spend time with sales, origination, and production teams to experience the hard work and management skills that come together to deliver a customer's dream home
