About the Role
The NVR Kings Mountain NC Manufacturing Plant is seeking motivated and reliable candidates with a strong attendance record, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
You will be responsible for direct labor production tasks related to building new homes in our warehouse-style manufacturing facilities.
- Hiring Immediately
- Shifts: 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm, M-F), 2nd Shift (2:30pm - 1:00am, M-TH)
Compensation: $18.25 per hour, with opportunities for higher starting wages based on experience.
$2.00 differential for 2nd Shift
Qualifications
- No experience necessary, but higher starting wages possible for those with framing, millwork, trim, and other related construction experience and skills.
- Excellent attendance record, and willingness to work as a team to achieve productivity goals.
- Ability to work inside or outside (as required) in a strong safety-focused environment.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting 60 lbs.
- Experience with hand tools, nail & staple guns, and ability to read a tape measure are preferred, but not required.
