- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday / 6:00am-2:30pm
Pay Rate
- $22.00
What You’ll Do: Responsibilities
- Perform direct labor tasks related to product assembly for NVR's construction operations in a warehouse environment.
- Engage in assembly and carpentry tasks to put wooden frames together in large sections. Most roles include loading frames for transport using pneumatic and industrial-sized tools.
- Maintain a high focus on quality, safety, and productivity.

- Excellent attendance record in previous jobs
- Tenure of at least 2 years or more in prior jobs
Skills and Abilities
- Work in a safety-focused environment
- Lift up to 60 lbs.
- Desire to work as a team
- Experience with hand tools, nail & staple guns, and ability to read a tape measure preferred
Legal Requirements
- Applicants must be age 18 and up and legally entitled to work in the United States (no visa sponsorships provided)
Required Experience
- Construction and/or Manufacturing background is a plus
- Professional experience with framing, millwork, trim, roofing, and/or carpentry
