Summary
As the Quality Assurance Lead on the Manufacturing Systems team, you will be responsible for guiding a team of analysts to ensure the quality and reliability of systems for our manufacturing business. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of quality assurance best practices.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the QA team in designing, implementing, and executing test plans.
- Review and provide feedback for business requirements to develop clear acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve defects and issues.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance standards, processes, and best practices.
- Mentor and train QA team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- This role does not have any direct reports.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in quality assurance testing.
- 2 years of experience in a QA Lead or similar role.
- Expertise in all phases and types of testing including functional, non-functional; smoke, sanity, integration, usability, user acceptance, end-to-end, regression, and performance.
- Strong Strategic thinking, capable of aligning QA processes with business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with writing SQL queries and data validation.
- QA experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
