Position Overview :
As the Customer Care Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure our customers receive top-notch service. You will drive performance, enhance team development, and implement best practices to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a team of call center agents to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Monitor call center metrics and performance, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and efficiency.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters team engagement and motivation.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for growth and improvement.
- Prepare reports on call center performance and present findings to stakeholders.
