You will be responsible for processing payroll for multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working independently while collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues.Responsibilities : Process weekly / bi-weekly / monthly payroll for assigned client accounts using QuickBooks and / or Pensoft payroll softwareCommunicate with clients to ensure timely receipt of records and informationMaintain accurate payroll records and reportsAddress employee inquiries regarding payroll mattersStay up-to-date on changes in payroll tax laws and regulationsProcess tax reports and make tax payments on behalf of clientsProcess and file quarterly payroll and tax reportsQualifications : Minimum 2 years of experience in a multi-client payroll processing role (Required)Multi-State, Oregon Washington experience Highly PreferredProven experience with Quickbooks and Pensoft payroll software (Preferred)Strong understanding of payroll tax principles and calculationsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Tax Preparation experience preferredBenefits : Competitive salary and benefits packageBonusesOpportunity for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and supportive work environmentStrong company cultureJob Types : Full-time, Part-timePay : $19.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours : 32 – 40 per weekAdditional Benefits : 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
