Housekeeper/Vacation Rental

Our VACATION RENTAL MANAGEMENT company is looking for energetic, flexible and detail oriented housekeepers to add to our team! We are a small, local, family-operated short term rental management company that is provides a tight-knit working environment. We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time positions. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. Cleaning experience is preferred but not necessary.

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable, all weather vehicle (4 wheel drive) to get from property to property in rain, sleet and snow. This is non-negotiable
• Must have a working smartphone to access the scheduling app and receive schedule notifications
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Attention to detail and the ability to care about the guest experience is critical
• Ability to work efficiently with others as well as independently
• Not required but we would prefer to hire local people who live in the Plain, Leavenworth, Lake Wenatchee areas.

Physical Qualifications:

This job requires the ability to lift and carry large linen bags (towels, sheets, etc.), or up to 40 lbs., between our office and your car, as well as to and from your car and the properties being cleaned. May need to adjust furniture with reasonable effort.

Must be able to move freely in the following ways:

• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and crouching
• Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs for sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc

Job Specifics:

• Hours vary week by week, especially during seasonal festivals or peak rental periods (summer and winter)
• Interior cleaning of the entire property after guests check out. This includes, but is not limited to, changing of linens, appliances, bathrooms, deck and patio areas, dusting and disinfecting surfaces, windows etc.
• Driving personal vehicle within a 30 mile range from office (this includes the Leavenworth, Lake Wenatchee, and Plain areas) to visit various properties for cleaning and stocking tasks (drive time is included as part of the cleaning task between office and properties being cleaned). Mileage between jobs is compensated.
• Communication between office, management and maintenance
• Working and coordinating with other cleaners when scheduled for shared cleaning tasks. This includes meeting times, etc.

Additionally: All permanent cleaning staff are eligible for consideration for pay raises after 90 days employment if work ethic and quality is maintained. Mileage is always reimbursable and all employees are considered for quarterly bonuses based on hours worked and productivity.
