Job description
The Team: We are a Pacific Northwest based company with 12-15 sales reps at our main location in Auburn, WA, along with our customer service and administrative team that is remote/hybrid. This means you will be a big part of a small machine, rather than a small part of a big machine. Our company recently expanded and opened a second office location in Arizona -- giving our top producers a new opportunity and growth. Meaning you will be a part of replicating the floor we have built in Washington, providing you a lot of opportunities to level up quickly.
Atmosphere: We have an ambitious group of guys who all want to level up in every aspect of life. This is an opportunity to grow your sales craft/skills, work closely with high earners/ownership, and grow within the company to reach a higher income and create more opportunities for yourself.
Job: We dial hot leads that pay money for a consultation with you to learn how to grow and develop an online business. Your job will be to qualify, position, and set these leads for our directors to enroll them into our program. Our consultants will take them through a process of teaching them how to develop an online e-commerce store. You are NOT cold calling, and this is a two-person sale. Therefore, you will need to be able to work well with a team and be competitive with the guy next to you.
Requirements:
- NO/MINIMAL SALES EXPERIENCE! We do not like to hire individuals with lengthy experience in commission sales, we prefer to hire/train people who are new to sales or have only gotten a taste.
- Shark mentality, money motivated, associate with the term "hustler".
- Hunger and willingness to constantly learn and grow a skill.
- Humility, being a team player, willingness to put the Team first.
- Thick skin, don't take anything personal, positive attitude & desire to win.
- Comfortable on the phone & computer..... NO FEAR
- Commute to Auburn (98001) Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.
Pay: $28,800 annual salary base pay plus commission ($1,200 bi-weekly). Commission is on a tiered structure, with a required quota as well. Our average rep at entry level positions makes anywhere from $50,000 to $75,000 annually in their first year (base commission). Of course, we are hoping you're NOT the average sales rep, and will be one of our top producers, producing over six figures. There is NO cap, and the potential of doing $100,000 in the entry position is attainable with 100% commitment and focus. Your promotability within the company will be on you, and there are higher earning positions as well you can work toward overtime.
