Crane Operator and Driver Position

This job will require full time relocation

NW Crane Service is looking for a skilled, seasoned All Terrain Hydraulic Crane operator that can operate a variety of Hydraulic Cranes ranging from a 45 Ton - 550T. Manitex, Grove, Tadano and Liebherr Cranes which are currently in our fleet.

NW Crane Service is a local Small Business that has been in the area and doing business locally for over 20 Years.

Here are a few qualifications we are looking for and provide to our employees:

Positions Open: **Full time** Crane Operator that has a CDL and NCCCO cards

You will be guaranteed 40 hrs of work per week, with a lot of potential for overtime and double time pay.

Any work hours after 8 hrs is overtime (Monday-Friday), anything over 12 hours is Double time per day

Saturday Work is all OVERTIME

Sunday Work is all Double Time Pay

**Bonus at Fiscal Year End (October) and Christmas Bonus

**Holiday and benefits are available after being hired for 3 months (90 Day Probation Period)

**Plenty of Overtime pay for all employees (When not operating you may be Driving and erecting 550T Grove with crew)

**Drug free work environment- If you cannot pass a random UA, do NOT apply

Qualifications-NCCCO Certified, CDL. Hard working and able to get along with others

If interviewed and interested we would require a relocation to our facility in Hermiston, Oregon.

We are a tight group of operators almost like family because we are such a small company.

We currently have 10 Hydraulic cranes in our fleet and are continuing to grow our fleet

We will train with you and get you up to speed on what we expect from you moving forward.

We would like to have someone that is looking to settle down in this area and fit in.

**Your pay will depend on your experience**

If you can come in and run our bigger hydraulic machines then your pay can be renegotiated prior to your 90 Day probation period

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
