NW Employment is partnered with a local Cabinet Manufacturing company in Canby and we are looking to add a Painter/Stainer to join our team!
Schedule- Mon-Fri 6am-4pm
Pay- $22-$25
Responsibilities
The Cabinet Painter/Finisher plays a pivotal role in our production process. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint or stain, and achieving high-quality finishing products. This hands-on role requires physical fitness as you'll be lifting and maneuvering heavy items, maintaining extended periods of standing, utilizing air spray guns, and working with various chemicals regularly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Spray/Finishing Experience: A minimum of 4 year of experience in applying paint or stain to cabinet materials.
- experience in custom matching colors and stains
- experience with lacquers and varnish chemicals
- Team Player: Collaboration and teamwork
- Attention to Detail: Precision is essential in achieving the high-quality finishes
- Physical The role entails lifting items weighing 50 lbs.
- Bilingual Skills: While not mandatory, proficiency in both Spanish and English is highly sought out.
